How to become a strong individual.

Three years ago, I shared my idea with a friend about creating a new form of democratic government. It’s nothing but keeping the best of democracy and getting rid of the noise - “the politicians”. I will tell you how we can do that in another post. The underlying rationale for such a proposition is that our world is currently governed by weak men or weak individuals. Democracy as we know does not allow strong men to ascend to power. Weaker men are all over the place. So, why we don’t need such men? If you read history, you will realize that even in a monarchical form of government very rarely people had the luxury of being ruled by strong men. Weaker men have consistently been responsible for the downfall of civilizations. It’s really difficult to become a strong man. It’s challenging but there is a way.

To avoid any confusion, I want to clarify that when I use the terms "man" or "men" in this post, they generally apply to all individuals, regardless of gender. Please note that I am not biased towards any specific group.
